Chi non consce la baita Segantini? Tra gli appassionati di montagna e fotografia pochi, credo. Ha una storia la baita. La splendida baita Segantini fu ideata e costruita da un alpinista poeta, visionario, Alfredo Paluselli, uomo intelligente dotato di una grande creatività. Nel 1936 lasciò il mondo e si trasferì lassù a 2200m. Da solo costruì la baita tracciò la strada, che c'è ora, partendo da passo Rolle, inventò il laghetto che tanto contribuisce al fascino del luogo, voleva che la sua cima preferita il Cimon si specchiasse nelle acque ma non solo il Cimon tutte le pale di S.Martino si annunciano nello specchio d'acqua quando la stagione lo consente.
