Gli ultimi turisti transitano sul sentiero di ritorno da un abbondante pranzo al rifugio; tra i bambini da trascinare, il cane da richiamare e le solite discussioni che riguardano già il lavoro della settimana entrante, non si accorgono che poco a monte, un flebile canto agita crocieri e cince.
