Panoramica verso sud da Cima Ombretta Orientale, interessante cima di 3011 metri nel Gruppo della Marmolada al cospetto della imponente parete sud della Marmolada. Centrale all'immagine è il Sasso Vernale (3058 metri). Partendo da destra del Sasso Vernale le principali cime sono il Sass de Tasca, Cima dell'Uomo e il Col Ombèrt. Dal Sasso Vernale verso sinistra si vedono la Cima Ombrettola e poi il Sasso di Valfredda, la Torre e la Punta del Formenton e il Monte La Banca. Dietro a questa infilata di cime, tutte ascrivibili al Gruppo della Marmolada, sono visibili da sinistra le Pale di San Martino, la Catena del Lagorai, i Gruppi del Latemar e del Catinaccio.
