In questo scatto c'è un po' delle tue lunghissime frequentazioni della Val di Fassa (anche se, ormai, lì di mucche che scendono dagli alpeggi ne vedi pochine) ed un richiamo forte al burro bretone "de baratte", più o meno salato !
Da bambino, andando alle scuole elementari, passavo davanti ad una stalla con poche mucche, ma molto sonore ed ora che vado a prendere l'ultima delle mie nipotine alla stessa scuola allo stesso posto c'è una maglieria con macchinari ancor più rumorosi ! Panta rei, caro Paolo e non è detto che vada sempre meglio !
