Quando Conte-Hamlin, educatamente, dice che avrebbe visto un tempo più alto, si riferisce al tempo necessario per congelare l'elemento statico (per esempio il telaio) durante la rotazione del busto necessaria a creare il panning (come scrivi te, deve essere in relazione alla velocità del soggetto). Non ha detto nulla di eretico, puoi non essere d'accordo, ma l'obiezione era legittima e consigliarti, per esempio, 1/60 invece di 1/40 è corretto.

Il panning è preciso, preferisco la versione a colori, anche io lo preferivo più decentrato
ma sei sicuro dei dati di scatto?
dalla posizione della catena (altezza sui pignoni e tensione del cambio direi che spinge un 53/21) non dovrebbe viaggiare a più di 35kmh a meno di far frullare le gambe a frequenze inconsuete, invece dai dati di scatto rapportati allo spostamento dei soggetti sullo sfondo esce una velocità vicino ai 50Kmh
