La Mini venne prodotta dalla British Motor Corporation (GB) dal 1959 al 2000 in diverse versioni ed allestimenti con motorizzazioni a 4 cilindri in linea con cilindrate comprese fra gli 848 ed i 1275 cm3. Poi... questa desiderata vetturetta... venne costruita su licenza in Spagna dalla AUTHI (Automoviles de Turismo Hispano Ingleses) dal 1968 al 1975 e dall'italiana Innocenti dal 1965 al 1975. Questa nella fotografia è il primo modello prodotto negli stabilimenti di Lambrate (Mi) dal 1965 al 1967 ed era dotato di un motore a 4 cilindri in linea di 998 cm3 erogante 55 cavalli di potenza.
