Le nostre cicogne anche quest'anno hanno portato a termine la loro nidiata. Ormai e dal lontano 1996 che questi splendidi uccelli hanno deciso di ritornare a nidificare nel nostro territorio, prima di allora era circa dal 1700 che non si verificavano nidificazioni in tutto il centro sud. Nidificano sempre sullo stesso traliccio di media tensione nel vallo di Diano in località termini a Sala Consilina ai confini con Teggiano. Mentre e dal 2005 che l'ENEL ha collocato sul traliccio una rete elettro saldata per agevolare la stabilita del nido. Inoltre sono state messe anche altre piattaforme, per agevolare altre nidificazioni ma per il momento senza nessun risultato speriamo per il futuro che questo andamento possa cambiare e ci siano più nidificazioni.per poter far continuare ad ammirare alle nuove generazioni questi splendidi uccelli.
