Riguardo alla presenza delle sule, che io sappia nella Sicilia sud-orientale siamo particolarmente fortunati per la grande presenza di tante specie che non solo passano in altri mesi dell'anno, ma ora si fermano pure a svernare. La Sula bassana è tra questi.

As for the presence of gannets, that I know of in south-east we are particularly fortunate for the great presence of many species that not only pass in the other months of the year, but now they stop well in winter. The Sula bassana is among them. @Lully

Grazie per il gentile apprezzamento e dei complimenti. Effettivamente fare queste foto non è stato proprio una passeggiata, la barca beccheggiava così tanto per il mare forte che ne ho dovuto buttare più della metà degliu scatti per ali tagliate o fuori fuoco, dovute anche ai rapidi movimenti delle sule.

Thanks for your kind appreciation and compliments. Actually take these pictures was not exactly a walk, the boat rocked so much for the sea strong that I had to throw more than half degliu shots to power cut or out of focus, due also to the rapid movements of boobies. @Gianlu
