, 1/30 f/11.0, ISO 64, tripod. Parco del Cilento e Vallo di Diano, Italy.

La ricetta per gli amici di Juza. Le noci con tutto il mallo si raccolgono il 24 di giugno il giorno di San Giovanni. Dose per 1 litro. 1 litro di alcool per liquore a 96 gradi,24 noci con tutti il mallo, 5 chiodi di Garofalo, 1 stecca di cannella, 2 pezzettini di noce moscata, 2 limoni solo le scorzette, 300 gr di Zucchero. Preparazione. Tagliare le noci in Quattro e metterle in un barattolo di vetro con tutti gli aromi e l'alcool, senza lo zucchero. Far riposare il tutto per 40 giorni possibilmente al sole, filtrare e unire uno sciroppo 300 gr di zucchero e 250 ml di acqua lasciare riposare 20 giorni e poi filtrare ,e riporlo in bottiglie di vetro. Si consiglia di consumarlo dopo almeno 6 mesi o oltre di invecchiamento se ci riuscite, é un grandissimo digestivo dal sapore antico.
