Da Fortunata a Campo di Fiori Ricorderò con piacere la passeggiata con l'amico Jo a Roma, che mi ha fatto scoprire angoli favolosi di una Roma inedita anche per la sottoscritta che, la conosce abbastanza, per averci vissuto quasi dodici anni. Grazie a lui, ho visto e ascoltato leggende e storie di un passato remoto, che non avrei mai immaginato. Il tempo è volato, e ci siamo ritrovati all'ora di pranzo a Campo di Fiori, dove ho proposto una sosta gastronomica all'Osteria di Fortunata, un posto che conosco molto bene. Si nota subito l'ambiente familiare e casareccio, dove, Antonia, la simpatica signora (che vedete nella foto) impasta e sforna in diretta ogni genere di pasta: tagliatelle, pappardelle, fregnacce, gnocchi e splendidi ravioli fatti con la ricotta di casa. Ho preso delle tagliatelle al ragù erano buonissime: una squisitezza, che si scioglieva in bocca ed il sapore era superlativo. Anche Giovanna e Jo, hanno apprezzato questa “cucina paradisiaca” . Buone le cicorie ripassate, vero Jo? Pubblico questa foto, grazie alla cortese disponibilità della signora Antonia e già spero di tornarci presto e di avere il piacere di rivedere oltre all'amico Jo, anche altri juzzini, da Nonno Baker, a Savastano, ad Antonia e Peppe e tutti quelli che vorranno unirsi al gruppo. Contrariamente alle mie preferenze per il bianco e nero, ho preferito pubblicare questa foto a colori, perché mi sembra che il colore metta meglio in evidenza la caratteristica del posto. Grazie a tutti per il passaggio.
