E' vero che in Italia c'è un gran guazzabuglio sul piantare tende in montagna, nei parchi etc... però è a tutti i livelli accettato che se viene piazzata e tolta tra le 19 e le 8 del mattino (ovviamente lasciando il luogo pulito e senza segni di fuochi) nessuno potrà impedirlo. Nel rarissimo caso trovassi l'unico forestale che per motivi religiosi non accetta neppure questo basta portare il verbale ad un qualsiasi Giudice di pace che lo derubricherà immediatamente....nessuna legge al mondo obbliga a dormire alla mercè degli eventi atmosferici se non ho i soldi per pagare un rifugio/hotel in quota e, soprattutto nessun giudice si sognerà MAI di contestare il fatto che poteva essere un bivacco d'emergenza...per qualsiasi motivo. |
