Lo chef è il re dei fornelli, vive in loro simbiosi e sfrutta l'essenza degli ingredienti sapientemente miscelati, elegantemente amalgamati, per poi essere presentati agli avventori in vere opere d'arte per essere apprezzati al loro palato, insomma è un'arte. Viene apprezzata da molti ed a volte criticata da pochi, come nel caso di questo ristorante che non nasconde nulla agli avventori mostrando la sua espressione culinaria in un luogo fantastico e d'arte, si trova sotto le Logge Vasari ad Arezzo dove da secoli le botteghe d'arte, le locande, sono il simbolo del commercio e della cucina sotto il lungo porticato nel quale si aprono gli ingressi delle antiche botteghe con le caratteristiche spallette e la veduta della bellissima Piazza Grande, come mangiare in un museo medioevale all'aperto. Il ristorante ESSENZA qui in piena attività nella mia ultima visita ad Arezzo il 5 di gennaio ha un'ottima recensione, su 1300 persone, 859 danno un eccellente, 221 molto buono, 70 nella media, 36 scarso, 10 pessimo. Non so perché vi sto dando questi numeri ma visto che la fotografia mi piace molto ed è in un luogo speciale della mia città e l'attività è ferma per il motivo che tutti conosciamo, voglio fargli un po' di pubblicità, chissà un giorno qualche yuzino potrà conoscere ESSENZA, le Logge Vasari, Piazza Grande e le belle attrazioni della mia Arezzo.
