As for the noise personally for what I saw in the pictures posted do not think a problem ... I think stems mainly from resizing and compression for web because the tiff file that I prepare for the press had already worked on the noise in a focused and the background is clean.

Per quanto riguarda il rumore personalmente per quello che vedevo nella foto postata non lo ritengo un problema...credo dipenda principalmente dal ridimensionamento e compressione per web perchè sul file tiff che preparo per la stampa avevo già lavorato sul rumore in modo mirato e lo sfondo è pulito.
In ogni caso visto i diversi suggerimenti ho provato a ripetere il ridimensionamento e la compressione...ecco la nuova versione della foto che ho pubblicato sul mio sito...mi auguro vada meglio :-)
