Beh Alvar …. I reportage di viaggio sono altra cosa…
Qui di seguito provo a spiegare (se ci riesco!!) il processo di lavoro
Per questa immagine mi sono avvalso di: Fotocamera Reflex FF / obiettivo con focale da 24 mm / Treppiede / applicazione Canon Camera Connect / 4 tubi di plastica dura da 1 cm di diametro e 3 metri di lunghezza / 12 metri di corda da 1 cm di diametro / una sedia di legno / uno sgabello tipo da cucina (uno di quelli rialzabili)/ una maschera subacquea con boccaglio / due guanti in lattice / una base di legno da usare come seduta per altalena / Adobe Photoshop cc / abbigliamento ad hoc.
In pre-produzione, con la collaborazione di un bravo falegname (“Babbo Gianni” .. che ringrazio !!!), è stata realizzata l'altalena con le corde e la seduta di legno.
Giunti sul sito abbiamo innanzitutto individuato il paesaggio dunale più adatto, con il sole sulla destra – fuori inquadratura -, da usare come base: abbiamo quindi eseguito “lo scatto” da impiegare, appunto, come sfondo dell'immagine, in questo modo avremo avuto la duna “intonsa”.
Eccola:




Senza modificare l'inquadratura abbiamo dunque eseguito gli scatti successivi, ovvero..
- (Soggetto in primo piano): qui di seguito una foto sul set (le corde sono attaccate ai tubi)





- (altalene centrali): qui abbiamo usato la tecnica delle "canne da pesca" ... (per lo scatto invece ho usato la app "camera connect" della Canon per pilotare a distanza la fotocamera dallo smartphone)






- (soggetto più lontano): stessa tecnica della prima.... Faby mi diceva come posizionarmi e ha eseguito lo scatto





POST PRODUZIONE
Con il metodo classico delle maschere di livello ho sovrapposto allo scatto base i successivi, spennellando via tutto il superfluo (pennello nero, opacità 100%, durezza 0 %, dimensione variabile … anche 4% con ingrandimento frame al 600% .. a seconda dalla zona interessata dall'intervento)
Quanto allo scatto del “soggetto più lontano”: qui ho ovviamente spostato il soggetto più in alto;
Quanto alle corde: ad eccezione delle corde del “soggetto in primo piano”, ho clonato la parte mancante per arrivare fino al margine alto del frame, cercando di creare un “effetto movimento” credibile.
Ovviamente questo tipo di post produzione, quasi completamente manuale (non amo gli automatismi), non dura pochi minuti ma molto, molto tempo e pazienza; ho dunque realizzato questo lavoro in diverse sessioni di post, alternate tra un giorno e l'altro, sia perché perdo facilmente la pazienza e sia perché in questo modo potevo avere un occhio più “fresco” (anche se ci lavoravo spesso dopo cena ahah). Così pezzo per pezzo ho montato tutte e 4 le foto.
Solo alla fine ho regolato contrasto, ombre, micro contrasto, foschia, luci, dominanti, colori etc. etc. sul totale del frame.
Scusami per la lungaggine e se non sono stato sufficientemente chiaro.

Sul set poi le cose si complicano, perchè due ore forse mi ci son volute solo per salire su quella torre rotante e riuscire a stare ferma abbastanza da farlo smettere di ridere e azzeccare una posa accettabile! MrGreen Scherzi a parte, non è semplice, perchè gli imprevisti son una costante da metter sempre in conto, c'è tanto lavoro ma soprattutto tanto divertimento ,ma talvolta la si finisce a fare qualcosa di totalmente diverso dall'idea di partenza.Ed è bello anche questo, l'improvvisazione rende tutto più divertente, e Nicola è un pozzo di idee e una mente fantasiosa... Per la post poi i tempi si allungano, perchè se cambia idea di continuo prima... immaginiamoci poi... ;-)
