Inoltre i terreni del retrospiaggia non coltivati sono stati trasformati in parcheggi per i frequentatori dei lidi spesso gestiti da parcheggiatori abusivi con il beneplacido delle autorità comunali. I lidi sono uno appresso all'altro intervallati da 50 metri di spiaggia libera. La spiaggia lunga quasi tre di chilometri viene presa d'assalto anche da 7 o 8 mila bagnanti al giorno nel periodo di massimo afflusso. Per non parlare poi della notte di San Lorenzo, malgrado il divieto centinaia di persone bivaccano in modo selvaggio lasciando la spiaggia l'indomani come un immondezaio. Scusate il mio sfogo ma quando ci vuole ci vuole.
