Beautiful interior shot, I see that although asymmetrical, you managed to find a harmony and symmetry in the shot, congratulations doubly. The caption as always tells the story of the subject (in this case the Basilica) in a complete and simple way. A dear greeting, Gabriel

Hello Rinaldo, this image there was escaped :- : -
First I find very interesting the caption you wrote, you did a great patient job. For the image I would say that the vision conveys amazement because the composition is perfect, huge depth of field and sharpness on every single detail, the entire frame is also rich in pleasant light is more than excellent delicate colors, very good a hundred times
Hello, good evening and good start of the week :-) :-)

I do not discuss the beauty of the place .... I just wanted to ask.... but do you really like the "sgmbe" lines of this kind of wide-angle shooting?
It will be my personal thing but I can't digest them.....

Dear Rinaldo, meanwhile congratulations for the shot that manages very well to make the beauty and majesty of this ancient building of worship!
Don't get cleft for the lack of symmetries... this is one of those places where they are overshadowed by the testimony of such magnificence that it produces us a mixture of pleasure and amazement that is the background to a feeling of general harmony. Just to give an example, the Chapel of St. Zenone, which you find among my shots, presents asymmetries that I preferred to leave such (I could have corrected them with the "wide angle adapted" tool of Ps) to respect the originality of the work that has defied the centuries! Who am I to modify such a work of Masters of Byzantine art in Rome?
Listen to me, you did very well to leave your photo unaltered for the benefit of the same!
Dear greetings. Enrico

For me a revival that honors this magnificent interior by making its ceiling stand out without excluding the supporting architecture. Magnificent details, exhaustive caption where you illustrate history and asymmetry, but is it so fundamental?! Congratulations. Greetings. Magchus

I thank everyone for the nice comments. :-P
No, symmetry is not fundamental but for me, when there is I try to fully grasp it because for me it is part of the photo.
This does not detract from the fact that in some photos you lend good another decentralized PDR. When photographing from the entrance of the church, you should always try to grasp the symmetries. As long as these are available.
If there is no patience, the churches are also beautiful as well. I also happen to see some where the back of the presbytery almost makes a curve.
@Speedking, if you look at my other photos, you'll notice that you'll soon pay close attention to falling lines, see for example the 5th shot before this one. This PDR with the lines "sghembe" was the only one that gave the opportunity to show the church in almost all its fullness. I'm glad you came by and left a comment. ;-)

We would miss everyone does as he likes, mine was a question that does not even want an answer , and I do not want to say at all.... "wrong and wrong." and that I just have straight lines and crooked boxes that I don't digest, I'm better off distorting curved lines.
Well, it's just for opinions.
