A superlative backlight, with a very accurate frame and composition, in my humble opinion I find only the legibility of the first floor a little exaggerated taking into account what is the direction of light.
The one that makes this photograph unique, however, is, FINALLY, the use of a relatively long laying time that has allowed to freeze, basically, the movement while leaving slightly spun the ends of the wings and, with them, the drops of water present in the outer areas of the frame.
A picture that, in my humble opinion, has been unfairly ignored :-( for a editor's pick which, in my humble opinion, is absolutely overrated.

Un controluce superlativo, con una inquadratura e una composizione accuratissime, a mio modesto avviso trovo solo la leggibilità del primo piano un pochino esagerata tenendo conto di quella che è la direzione della luce.
Quello che però rende unica questa fotografia è, FINALMENTE, il ricorso a un tempo di posa relativamente lungo che ha permesso di congelare, sostanzialmente, il movimento lasciando però nel contempo leggermente filate le estremità della ali e, con esse, le gocce d'acqua presenti nelle zone più esterne dell'inquadratura.
Una immagine che, a mio modesto avviso, è stata ingiustamente ignorata  per un editor's pick che, sempre a mio modesto avviso, risulta assolutamente strameritato.
