Questa vettura è un'esemplare unico. Venne progettata dal bolognese Mario Bernardini... che poi divenne toscano di adozione... partendo dal telaio di una Fiat 508 C “Nuova Balilla” a cui venne cambiato il ponte posteriore... utilizzando quello di una Lancia Aprilia. Il motore... è derivato da un Fiat 1100 a 4 cilindri in linea che, inizialmente, venne posizionato posteriormente... mentre la carrozzeria venne costruita dalla Carrozzeria dei Fratelli Mariani a Pistoia. Nel 1950 il motore venne spostato anteriormente... ma sempre mantenendo la trazione posteriore. Dopo aver cambiato diversi proprietari... anche Oltralpe... ed aver subito diverse modifiche... nel 2008 la vettura rientrò in Italia e venne restaurata riportandola all'aspetto che aveva nel 1950... che è quello visibile nella fotografia qui sopra esposta.
