abside della Chiesa di Santa Maria presso San Satiro a Milano. Questa chiesa che oltre la facciata in stile neorinascimentale con la sezione centrale suddivisa in due fasce orizzontali sovrapposte da un cornicione a loro volta separate in 3 settori da lesene corinzie, contiene un'illusione ottica nel suo lato absidale; procedendo verso l'altare cisi accorge che non si puo' passare, poiche' c'e' meno di un metro di spazio. Questo ingannno prospettico e' opera del Bramante, uno dei piu' noti architetti italiani, che ha fatto fronte allo spazio ridotto della chiesa per creare una finta abside che misura 97 centrimetri invece che 9 metri.
