MAGNIFICA ITALIA-Santa Sofia FC Parco all'aperto nato nel 1993,con la intento dialogare in maniera diretta arte e ambiente. l'opera dedicata ad Ulisse viene realizzata nel 1999, costituisce una delle opere del Parco di sculture all'aperto di Santa Sofia (sculture contemporanee collocate in vari punti del territorio). E' una creazione degli artisti Anne e Patrick Poirier ed è composta da vari elementi (piccolo edificio, imbarcazione, occhio ecc.), ancorati al letto del fiume, che sottolineano, attraverso citazioni dell'antico, l'importanza della memoria e delle stratificazioni culturali.
