Sacello degli Augustali. Il complesso monumentale, situato a breve distanza dal teatro, realizzato in epoca giulio-claudia e dedicato al culto dell'imperatore Augusto, nella sua forma attuale risale alle sistemazioni di età antonina (metà del II secolo d.C.), fatte eseguire da Cassia Victoria in onore del marito L. Laecanius Primitivus, sacerdote Augustale dell'epoca di Marco Aurelio. L'edificio fu però distrutto alla fine del II secolo d.C. probabilmente a causa di eventi sismici. Al momento della sua scoperta nel 1967, vi furono trovate statue di Vespasiano, Nerva, Tito, dell'Abbondanza, e di alcune divinità tra cui, Asclepio, Apollo e Venere, una del tipo della Piccola Ercolanese ed un'altra su delfino, poi asportate ed ora esposte nell'apposita sala dedicata al monumento all'interno del Museo Archeologico dei Campi Flegrei. Semisommerso per effetto del bradisismo, il santuario è composto da tre ambienti affiancati, in parte costruiti in muratura e in parte ricavati dalla roccia, che ne forma le pareti laterali e di fondo.
