La Leggenda di Padernello. Una misteriosa leggenda: un fantasma aleggia per le stanze del Castello di Padernello… È la storia della Dama Bianca. Una figura eterea che ogni dieci anni, il 20 luglio, torna nel suo maniero con in mano un segreto scritto su un libro d'oro alla ricerca di chi la possa ascoltare. La piccola nacque a Brescia in un Castello, ormai scomparso, sito in via Palazzo Vecchio. Biancamaria era una ragazzina malinconica, pallida e cagionevole di salute sia nel corpo che nello spirito. Era innamorata della natura e del silenzio e mal sopportava un mondo fatto di violenze, soprusi e angherie, un mondo di uomini d'arme come suo padre. Fu così che si trasferì nell'autunno del 1479 dalla città alla residenza di campagna della famiglia, nel borgo di Padernello. Qui trovò vigne, rogge, campagna e boschi. Il 20 luglio del 1480 Biancamaria era a cavalcioni sui merli del maniero. Era sera e vide una piccola magia luminosa, poi un'altra e un'altra ancora; la ragazzina, piena di gioia credette di potersi librare in aria e unirsi a quelle magiche luci. Così, all'apice della gioia la piccola Biancamaria immolò la sua vita per le piccole lucciole cadendo nel fossato. Aveva tredici anni.
