Costruzione romanico-gotica del XII-XIV secolo, trasformata nel XVIII secolo. Nella facciata, ornata da un grande rosone, si apre un portale gotico strombato e decorato. L'interno è ad aula rettangolare conclusa da una scarsella. All'ingresso, un'acquasantiera rinascimentale e uno stendardo risalente al movimento del Viva Maria del 1799. Seguono una nicchia affrescata con la Madonna della Misericordia tra i Santi Sebastiano e Fabiano (XV secolo), un Crocifisso ligneo policromato trecentesco, una Pietà con i dolenti di Alessandro Casolani e la Madonna con i Santi Cristoforo e Giacomo di Francesco Nasini. All'altar maggiore, tre tavole con la Madonna col Bambino, San Pietro e San Paolo, parti di un polittico smembrato di Ambrogio Lorenzetti (1340 circa). #borghi
