Durante l'escursione sullo Stromboli, fatta questa estate, mi sono cimentato in questo tipo di fotografia. Ho ritenuto opportuno mantenere la linea di costa perché la forte illuminazione era sempre visibile, e comunque mi piaceva mantenere un riferimento "terrestre" considerata la posizione della via Lattea. La nuvola scura al centro è il fumo di una precedente esplosione del vulcano.

The coastal area, like the rest of the image is much cleaner noise caused by ISO. Maybe it's about the downsizing but I really like it!
Then also the tone more "chilly" in the whole picture is much more pleasant.
