quoto inoltre Francesco Guffanti; questi splendidi animali sono arrivati anche dalle mie parti; finora ne ho trovato solo le tracce; dai numerosi convegni a cui ho partecipato, mi pare di aver appreso che non solo non sono mai stati "lanciati" lupi in natura per ripopolare determinate zone, ma che ciò sia anche tecnicamente impossibile anche, ma non solo, perchè si dovrebbero utilizzare soggetti allevati in cattività e quindi imprintati con l'uomo, con le palesi conseguenze; inoltre la cosa non è assolutamente necessaria vista la forte espansione che questa specie sta conoscendo negli ultimi anni;
basta lasciarla in pace (nel caso del lupo non perseguitarlo) e la natura si rigenera da se;
siamo in attesa, e non manca molto, dell'incontro fra la popolazione occidentale e quella in diffusione dai balcani e carpazi.-
