I "sorry" the expression "subject a little inflated ..." in the sense that the story of this photograph (in my opinion) is not so much the owl (obviously the subject), as its own the light of the photo, the setting, the gaze / pose turned to the glacial sunset and finally the line of the forest / snow that positions the subject ... this I looked for as "story" and it is what has transmitted to me emotion and that I tried to propose again ...
In general, we could say that a robin is more "inflated" and if I can even easier to photograph, but the concept of photographing a "common robin" should be just to express a story made of pose, light, expression, movement etc. . and then that racaccount becomes unique ...
Thanks for the comparison and growth ;-) Grazie davvero a tutti...mi "dispiace" l'espressione "soggetto un pò inflazionato..." nel senso che il racconto di questa fotografia (a mio avviso) non è tanto il gufo (ovvio anche il soggetto), quanto proprio la luce della foto, l'ambientazione, lo sguardo/posa rivolti al tramonto glaciale ed infine la linea della foresta/neve che posiziona il soggetto...questo ho cercato come "racconto" ed è ciò che a me ha trasmesso emozione e che ho cercato di riproporre...
In effetti generalizzando potremmo dire che un pettirosso è più "inflazionato" e se posso anche più facile da fotografare, ma il concetto del fotografare un "comune pettirosso" dovrebbe essere proprio quello di esprimere un racconto fatto di posa, luce, espressione, movimento ecc. ed allora quel racconto diventa unico...
