Eliminarlo con il clone avrebbe comportato un esagerato dispendio di energie, inoltre il risultato probabilmente non sarebbe stato, viste le mie capacità, all'altezza delle aspettative ed in ogni caso si sarebbe prefigurato il reato di falso fotografico.... In questo caso chiedo l'assoluzione perché il fatto non costituisce reato.
Riguardo alla non perfetta esposizione del fotogramma, ed all'insufficiente pdc, tale che il palazzo in primo piano sulla sinistra, risulta non essere perfettamente a fuoco, mi dichiaro colpevole, chiedo lo sconto di pena ed i benefici di legge. Inoltre chiedo clemenza alla giuria.
Sono altresì disposto, a recarmi nuovamente a Siviglia, a cure e spese della giuria, in modo che possa con la dovuta perizia eseguire una nuova serie di scatti perfettamente esposti e con la pdc necessaria.
