Buon Natale? La solitudine nel periodo Natalizio, è probabilmente quella più grave fra tutte. In questo periodo si vogliono passare le giornate insieme ai propri cari ma alcune volte per via delle distanze o di eventuali discrepanze famigliari, non è possibile. Queste persone solitarie per scelta o per necessità, sono maggiormente esposte al rischio di sviluppare sintomi depressivi. Gli effetti vengono acuiti dalle aspettative sociali e quindi dal possibile giudizio che viene da coloro che sono circondati dai propri affetti. Questo scatto, che rappresenta questa anziana signora alla finestra in un atteggiamento molto assorto, (realizzato in un periodo NON Natalizio), mi ha dato lo spunto per proporvi uno dei problemi dell'essere moderno. Le famiglie, ormai minimizzate e divise per motivi di lavoro o anche di separazione, stentano ad incontrarsi in gruppo. Per alcuni, il periodo Natalizio diventa quindi un trauma. Cerchiamo quindi in questo periodo di pensare anche a chi sta solo. Un pensierino come pure una telefonata a chi sta lontano, è un qualcosa che per noi magari è di piccolo conto, ma per l'altro rappresenta un gran valore, un segno tangibile di amore per il prossimo. Probabilmente per Natale inserirò una foto dal sapore più Natalizio, post questa solo per lasciarvi meditare. Augurando a tutti Buon Natale, colgo l'occasione per aggiungere parte di un testo di una vecchia canzone di R. Zero. """"E arriverà Natale, Anche quest'anno arriverà...
