Per Campos85: E' un'ottica all-in-one pratica, ben stabilizzata, leggera e poliedrica : Interessante per i close-up quasi macro (in alcune uscite è stata più pratica di un fisso macro), paesaggi, foto rubate e animali confidenti. Per questo motivo uso da 1 anno il 16-300mm vc su apsC e da alcuni mesi il 28-300mm vc su apsH (nato quindi su ff) che ho trovato d'occasione con 3 anni di garanzia. Entrambi i tuttofare mostrano un fisiologica e progressiva perdita di resa dai 230 ai 300mm su soggetti mediamente lontani contrastabile, in parte, chiudendo a f.8, ma come per ogni ottica occorre considerare il giudizio complessivo. Ottiche consigliate se non si può cambiare frequentemente le ottiche e se si desidera uno zaino con carico minimal con possibilità di avere delle potenziali e diversificate situazioni fotografiche. Per altre missioni più mirate conviene quindi puntare su ottiche dedicate .
