700 mmm f 6,3 6,16 mt capanno mobile capinera maschio con bacca rossa di Piracanta La piracanta è sempreverde, e ha piccole foglie a spatola, lucide e verde scuro; in primavera produce piccoli fiori bianchi a cinque petali, riuniti in piccoli mazzetti, a cui seguono in estate le piccole bacche colorate, che rimangono a lungo sulla pianta; La piracanta è un arbusto appartenente alla famiglia delle rosacee, quindi i piccoli fiori sono molto simili per forma ai fiori delle piante da frutto, anche se di dimensioni più minute; i frutti, generalmente chiamati bacche, sono in realtà delle piccole mele, pomi sarebbe il termine scientifico, con polpa zuccherina e semi al centro del frutto; le mele sono commestibili, anche se il sapore zuccherino cela un retrogusto che dopo aver consumato pochi frutti crudi diviene poco gradevole; un tempo con queste piccole mele si preparavano conserve di frutta, e confetture.
