thank you all for the welcome comments.
@Alberto
I see a light alone around the tip of the branch against the sky?

if you are right, I just missed ... I must have run a brushstroke on the level mask. :-(

hello to everyone and good sunday :-P

An awesome image, a well-run b / n. The composition is very strong with the earth's design in the foreground, the clouds that give a depth to the image and then the "rendering" of this tree, a piece of local history.
Perfect title, great Simo.
Congratulations, hello.

Fabrizio ;-)

The final worthy to the proposed series, with the tree exhaling the last breath and evaporating to the sky 8-) ;-)

a great bianconero. The subject in disrepair stands on the arid ground, symbols of the impossibility of survival in those environments. Interesting sky. But I'm wondering, Simon: Color was not as interesting as that?

" a colori non era altrettanto interessante? "

we are perfectly in agreement, nothing to say. I liked the idea of ??seeing the frame split so simply in three colors, the arid earth's yellow, the dune ocher color and the intense blue sky interrupted by the main subject (the tree). Satisfied curiosity! However, by exhorting the saturation and sharpness of the tree, I do not think it would be a banal picture in color, indeed. Sure, another flavor ...

Bravo Simone, altra foto molto profonda. Inutile dire che mi piace.

Ciao

Ric

Did you give him a hint of hope in that tree? I see it hard. It's a bit of what's happening in our lives, the world is shrinking. We struggle every day with the hard work at work, with the bad guys of people, with the pains, worries, the adversity of life in short, there has been some climax. You have to resist and you have the strength to go forward and never lose yourself, but often it's just like dragging it like that trunk and sometimes you just want to give up ... but resist. ;-)
Thanks Ric for the latest gift to my photo, even these are personal improper satisfaction.

You know that by nature I never give up, drag me like that tree and until there is only one light breath, I try the impossible. Then, as I think it, for me there is always one after and that could be a touch for ... salvation.

Hello, good day

Beautiful also this, it is a pleasure for the eyes, from the first floor to the sky where those clouds give a sense of movement to an image that is static. Looking at your b / n is to learn. Bravo.
