Thank you Lori, for your ever kind words. I do feel that your view is rather romantic and old fashioned, they are included usually for scale and usually they tend to try not be in my photos, but a wide view like this, they are hardly going to notice or be able to move out of my frame. People now can just take an instant quick selfie these days, should they wish a photo of themselves, after all.

Thank you so much Anna Maria lovely comment, it's worth perhaps also bearing in mind that my main priority that day was to undertake the long and hilly coastal walk and so less time on photography, waiting around for the perfect conditions was not an option. But you can make the most of what there is front of you though - and that is where experience can help, I guess. |
