Light and beautiful colors; I personally would have given more space to the fair wheat field by re-balancing the volumes occupied by the framed elements and proportionally reducing the sky that (although suggestive) in my opinion occupies too much so taking the whole scene ;-).

Hi, Claudio :-P Luce e colori splendidi; personalmente avrei dato piu' spazio al bel campo di grano riequilibrando i volumi occupati dagli elementi inquadrati e riducendo proporzionalmente il cielo che (per quanto suggestivo) a mio avviso ne occupa troppo prendendosi cosi' tutta la scena.

Claudio - I really like the small land/big sky ratio and use it quite a lot and I don't see myself changing that preference. You will see that I often push the accepted 'rules' and most like or appreciate that but I accept that a few will not. I've never followed what photographic judges dictate or popular opinion either. |
