Tra qualche mese, dopo ventitre anni passati sulle navi, sbarchero'... ho girato in lungo e largo quasi mezzo mondo tra Asia, Africa ed Europa, sono approdato in circa quaranta stati e quasi cento città estere.... ho accumulato esperienze che non dimenticherò mai, che mi hanno fatto crescere.... ma soprattutto ho visto cose che mi hanno radicalmente cambiato e fatto capire che sono un uomo molto fortunato....
