Thank you very much for your detailed reply, Roberto, and for the apology - I now have a better understanding of your thinking, although Google Translate has not made it easy to decipher your words! You are right in that I ought to have overcome the excitement of a new camera, and waited until I had taken an image that I was really pleased with before posting, but my enthusiasm to share my new purchase with my Juza friends got the better of me!  This camera is significantly different from my D5300, so I have much to learn, and I am not yet able to process images properly from the RAW file which is a source of great frustration for me. I agree that the focus ought to have been better - especially if I had used a tripod - although I personally find the composition and colours pleasing! If you choose to call back into my galleries at a later date, you will hopefully find a marked improvement!

Thank you for complimenting me on my work and for realising that I would have achieved a better result, had I not been playing with my new toy! It promises to be a great camera with its sensor from the D500 in a body that is more manageable for a woman's hands!
