Mi piace tanto scattare foto al volo di questi soggetti che per mia fortuna stanno popolando le zone che in genere frequento. Giugno è un mese ottimo per ritrarre i cavalieri che sono impegnati h24 a proteggere i pulli nati a fine maggio. Ho visto tanti tentativi di attacco dei gabbiani tutti respinti dai cavalieri che si aiutano a vicenda. In base all'assalto si muovono in due, tre o piu' e scacciano l'intruso. Da questo punto di vista i lori pulli sono più tutelati rispetto a quelli di anatra che come abbiamo visto dai recenti scatti di Sapf purtroppo stanno soccombendo per via delle tartarughe carnivore e per i soliti gabbiani. Per fortuna non ho assistito alla scomparsa dei piccoli cavalieri che sono amabili e per certi versi buffi e simpatici.
