Filtro polarizzatore e fusione di due esposizioni. Finalmente, dopo svariati tentativi, sono riuscito a trovare questa cascata in attività :-) Le sorgenti del Pis sgorgano direttamente dalla nuda roccia per pochi giorni l'anno, durante la primavera. Ad alimentare la sorgente è il disgelo delle nevi è il conseguente accumulo di acqua nella soprastante Conca delle Carsene, che comprende migliaia di grotte di diverse forme e dimensioni, con uno sviluppo sotterraneo stimato in alcune decine di chilometri. L'acqua dopo aver percorso un tragitto sotterraneo di circa quattro chilometri fuoriesce da questa parete rocciosa per compiere un salto di circa trenta metri.
