Smooth-coated Otter (Lutrogale perspicillata). Yes before you ask these are totally wild otters that have become quite famous in Singapore and have been featured in Wildlife documentaries. There are several families that transition between the wild and human habitats. Photo was taken in one of the canal adjacent to the right side Pasir Ris Park Singapore.
