- www.ilfruttodelpeccato.it

@ Stefano Savini: the optic in question under normal conditions has a minimum distance of focus will be on 200-300 meters ... and we do!?!? :-D:-D the voyeur? wow!

@ Eliobe: I assure you that if I were to do the same picture today would be just luck, whereas three years ago it was all the result of the practice. Obviously it takes luck to get the plane that passes in front of the moon at that time of day!
Photos to share aircraft I have to bizeffe, but this is certainly the most special. Thanks anyway for the comment!

Maybe I expressed myself badly :-) I know that aligns the tool and wait for the moon pass the subject! Only until I do it with my taka 4-inch fire the camera and put on gpdx with SkySensor and simple. I marveled at cplessita to do it with a Dobsonian that moves the hand mirror with a focal length of 5m 30cm wow!

@ Canopo70: the starting point is wrong. I have not framed the moon and waited for it to pass the plane, but I took the plane from the beginning and when he passed in front of the moon (which I expected) I took. In this way you reduce the chances of having moved in the plane that is much faster than the moon because it makes a sort of panning chasing even if you shoot at 1/800 s.
To handle the dobson at the end is easier than you think, you only need a little practice. Finally, with regard to the focus, once this is done changes infrequently and therefore does not require manual changes in real time (in each case in I could do that as well :)). In any case, focusing on the plane, you focus on the moon (not perfectly but since the aperture of the photo shootingis sharp).
Thanks again for the comment

Congratulations for the wonderful photos, I was encouraged to buy the 300 Dopson, although other larger telescopes, which because of their size, I rarely use. Regards, alex

Thanks Alex! Even my dobson use it just because there are practically at home ever, but when I have some time I will return to use it. ;-)
