Massimo :-) Non vedendo il fusto e le foglie non è facile dirlo con certezza, ma potrebbe essere un Tragopogon porrifolius L., comunemente chiamato Barba di becco o Scorzobianca . Sicuramente appartiene alla famiglia delle Asteraceae.
Sarebbe anche interessante sapere dove l'hai fotografato e, più o meno, a che quota.
Lo scatto è davvero splendido ed ottimamente realizzato !
