, 30 sec f/2.8, ISO 3200, tripod.

@ Calfanes: hahaha very funny story: D I'm still laughing!
thanks to all of the passage! I did not think that the picture was still visible, and that it was now passed into pages removed from those usually frequented.
@ Faromich: therefore I took the photo Sunday, August 19, approximately between 23 and 24. the direction is approximately south southeast, look for the constellation of Sagittarius or Scorpio and you should be able to point to the galactic core. I do not have much experience, I can tell you are very low on the horizon in summer, more and more you get closer to autumn. so the ideal time to observe the core beliefs are June July August.
however, the Milky Way is quite easy to observe with the naked eye if you are in a poor light pollution, you should not have any particular problems to locate it.

Congratulations! Really great photos! Shame about light pollution! It would have been perfect! :-D
May I ask how you are with the Samyang 14mm f/2.8 on aps-c? Do you think it's worth it or is sacrificed on this type of format? Thanks in advance!
Regards, Francis.

hello! look will tell you that the Samyang on aps-c is better than on fullframe in terms of distortion. for landscapes and almost non-existent for as I'm concerned. the speech of crop definitely something you lose, but considers that views like this do not come in the picture almost never single shot, when they are in the stitching, or if we use the words as they are, is merging multiple photos combined. so I personally recommend you big time!

Pampaar Thanks for your opinion! Initially I wanted to buy the tokina 11-16 f/2.8! But then I noticed this perspective, and I've heard only good! The only problem, it seems, have the ring of focus is not very accurate (which I still think is not an issue so important) and then the inability to mount filters, which to me me a little disadvantage '(but but not much)! More than anything else these are € 300 difference on such un'acquisto are so many! I'm convinced more and more that this is my point of view (even seeing the excellent results that are posted on the forum!). In addition, I think, a more sensible choice than the tokina for a possible transition to full frame. Thanks again for your opinion!
Regards, Francis.

is the focus is a bit a bitch, but it depends on what you shoot. 300 euro saved, and you have in your hands a very good optical body of good quality mechanics. more like the speech of the filters for you if it is a problem then I would do a little something to wait for sammy 10mm, which I did not understand how one should go out, but in theory the filters mounted.

Definitely visual effect!
But in a technical comment on .....
The first thing I notice and 'milky half an offset arc in fact intersect the two sides ...
Another thing I notice 'that the sky and' leaning on the middle floor or the mountains.
On the right you can see a nice clear halo which outlines the crest of the mountain and then rises at an angle towards the sky as if it were cut pro pious and supported ...
Also on the left is known that between two pine trees of heaven and if you look carefully however, there is transparency in under a piece of mountain ....
At the end of the whole outline mountainous see a black halo and clear ....
And in the middle of the scene where there is a source of artificial light does not affect in any way the sky other strange thing ....
Excuse my frankness: -)

Greetings MAX

@ Integrates: this was my first milky way with the bow, to admit that once that is full of defects that are due primarily to the fact that I had extreme difficulty in uniting the various frames, especially because some of them had been treated in the Room Raw different from the others (my bullshit). so obviously you immediately notice strange halos in the sky, especially the left, and there's no doubt about this. for everything else you have to consider that it was my first time in a while for all the aspects that you've pointed out :) it's easy to mess up when you do not know how to use the masks. thanks for the ride!

Congratulations on the result! I've never done this kind of panoramic night, although I'd like to try. I guess it's not easy to compose the pieces and that you shared your experience will be very useful as a starting point.

After several cases of "fake" on the forum, I understand the prudent behavior of Integra, but personally I do not see anything really spooky. The image is obviously a little 'tug and it shows, but in my opinion absolutely true and transparent. A large good start, perhaps to try again in weather conditions slightly better (I think there was some veil).

Keep it up!

it was a lot of haze typical of piancansiglio, what's more it was August (so warm, moist air, especially in those areas). thanks for the ride cobarcore :)

For months I try to do something like that, but one day there are weather conditions, the other is late and so tired to do anything yet ...
Great job, I spent a considerable commitment has paid off well in my opinion. Congratulations!
