Per mangiare un ottimo “scartosso de pesse fritto” a Venezia, una tappa obbligata bisogna farla al Vecio Fritolin, il cui nome richiama i “fritolini”, ossia i posti in cui nel '700 si potevano acquistare i cartocci di pesce fresco fritto. In realtà oggi, il Vecio Fritolin è un ristorante in piena regola, tra i più rinomati a Venezia, però si può ancora acquistare lo “scartosso” di pesce, verdure e polenta (Il fritto viene servito in un cono di carta paglia) La sede è uno storico locale di Venezia, aperto nel 1700 circa. Uno stile unico, nel cuore della città.
