I did really wonder at the time, on the day, why I was hauling around TWO telephoto zooms, roughly covering the same focal lengths (the other being slightly longer Tamron SP 70-300 VC) but the use of the f2.8 Sigma on this shot at dusk, purposefully set to wide open to add a soft, ghostly differentiation between the nearest and the other huts behind, almost as if they are going to sleep, whilst the clear one is keeping awake, to look over them.
Your wonderfully positive response made all that heavy carrying very must worthwhile!
