è un fenomeno che ho già visto e fotografato
anche se non ho approfondito le larve che escono potrebbero essere di un qualche imenottero con ovopositore
che ha infestato il bruco. il bruco diventa l'ospite che viene sacrificato per aver ospitato e, probabilmente nutrito le larve. non credo si tratti di una doppia metamorfosi, anche perché si tratterebbe di un caso per cui da un singolo individuo se ne generano molti altri.
