Il blues approda sulle rive del Po per le prime due serate della rassegna -lunga tre anni- che prende il nome di Percorsi d'acqua e blues che si snoderà per diverse decine di chilometri, andando a toccare, da qui al 2018, diverse località delle province emiliane e a riscoprire i teatri di campagna. Tutti i luoghi che ospiteranno i concerti di Percorsi d'acqua e blues, di recente, sono stati rivalutati anche dall'Istituto dei Beni Culturali, che ha fatto un censimento di queste piccole e spesso isolate realtà storiche al fine di riportarle, o nei casi più fortunati mantenerle, in vita, valorizzandole con progetti artistici.
