La mia non è una difesa ad oltranza ma mi piace capire se sbaglio e dove , nel frattempo ho verificato e fatte altre prove , ricuperando il file RAW sorgente , allo scatto eseguito con tutti i parametri in neutro ho ridato la saturazione per vedere con quanta valore raggiungevo il medesimo risultato , il valore è attorno ai 14 punti ,all'incirca è quello che uso sempre , però ho notato che molto dipende dalla luminosità della foto .
A seconda dell'ottica che uso ,necessitano valori diversi di saturazione ,in quanto il 600 mm ha una resa sul contrasto e sui colori notevole ( come del resto dichiara Nikon ) . Le prime volte che lo usavo il 600mm , guardavo spesso l'impostazione della fotocamera se era impostata come standard anziché neutro , perché avevo gli stessi risultati con le altre ottiche con standard e di altri amici con il 500mm Sigma.

senza dubbio la D800 con quel sensore ottieni ottimi risultati ma la differenza la vedi se devi fare dei poster altrimenti sui piccoli formati è quasi controproducente . Con la D4 se potevo utilizzare 100 ISO anziché 640 le cose cambiavano molto ( se vedi nella mia galleria dedicata alle ghiandaie marine ci sono alcuni scatti realizzati con 400 ISO è la qualità è già molto superiore ), purtroppo tra tanti pregi il 600mm ha il difetto che se fotografi a breve distanza il soggetto non ti viene tutto a fuoco per una PDC molto ridotta . Come vedi in questo caso ho utilizzato un F13 per avere lo stesso risultato di un 500mm a F8 a discapito della velocità di scatto ( oltretutto tutto aggravato con l'aggiunta del moltiplicatore di focale ) , il soggetto era in continuo movimento e il posatoio instabile ho usato il minimo tempo permesso per evitare il micro mosso , un compromesso che non mi ha permesso di sfruttare al meglio le potenzialità della fotocamera ma nonostante tutto il risultato mi accontenta !!
