Una montagna come nessun'altra Con un'altezza di 3.133 metri, il Cerro Torre della Patagonia è qualcosa di più di una delle più belle e difficili montagne del mondo. E' una montagna leggendaria. Con le sue pareti, ripide come in nessun'altra vetta, si erge nel cielo tempestoso dell'estremo sud dell'Argentina. Potrebbe essere la torre di avvistamento di Mordor, la terra oscura del Signore degli Anelli. I misteriosi eventi verificatisi durante la prima ascensione alla vetta sono il più grande mistero, irrisolto, della storia del climbing alpino. (dalla presentazione del film : Cerro Torre )
