Hello ;-) Bel soggetto, ma onestamente la foto è migliorabile: innanzitutto le alte luci sotto l' ala sono bruciate ( non so se lo erano nel raw, l' eccessivo contrasto ha peggiorato la situazione ), l' occhio è spento ( lo ravviverei schiarendo e aumentando un filo la vividezza ), il file HD così grande evidenzia un pò di impastamento dei dettagli ( ridurrei a 2400px lato lungo, godibile su quasi tutti gli schermi ).
Sul primo problema agirei su luci/ombre in ps, lavorando su un livello copia, mascherando, invertendo la maschera e usando il pennello bianco solo sulle parti da ritoccare ( bianchi clippati e neri troppo chiusi ).
A mio avviso lo scatto può cambiare in meglio in maniera determinante
