Attualmente ospita un locale per conferenze e proiezione di audiovisivi (Sala dell'Angelo), alcuni locali per la catechesi, per gli incontri e per il gioco dei bambini. Il cortile è utilizzato dai ragazzi del quartiere per il gioco del pallone. Un angolo di storia s'intreccia alla vita di tutti i giorni, in una zona dai mille problemi !
