Ho già tolto il rumore - come faccio sempre peraltro - sono partita da un file raw, il programma che uso è Digital Photo Professional, specifico per Canon.
Per il rumore ho usato le funzioni riduzione rumore luminanza e crominanza.
Quanto ho ridotto/modificato? Non me lo ricordo davvero, ho pescato la foto dall'archivio bell'è pronta. 
Prossima volta aspetto il sole a picco però! Ciao!
